Vtg 1988 My First Sony Cassette Player

This listing is for One As - Is Vintage 1988 Sony " MY FIRST SONY " Cassette Player (model # TMP-8000). The Cassette Player is tested and does not work properly in its current state, which is why it is being sold for parts / repair.  The Cassette Player is in Good cosmetic condition, but it struggles to advance a tape.  I do not know if this is a belt or motor issue, but this is ideal for someone is who is knowledgeable and able to work on such things.  The device requires x2 'C' batteries for operation, which are not included.
