Today I offer a 100% Brand New Old Stock (NOS) Pioneer CT-W300 Dual Cassette Deck.
This one remains completely new in the original box with instruction manual and warrantee card. I only slit the side seam tape to photograph and show with 100% certainty this one is brand new and remains in the exact perfect condition it did when it rolled off the assembly line in 1988.
While this one remains completely new and never played, it is now 35 years old, and chances are it will need a new belt kit, pinch rollers, etc. Those rubber parts simply deteriorate over time regardless of use. Please keep that in mind.
This cassette deck cannot be returned stating "It doesn't play"... as mentioned, it may very well need that new belt / pinch roller kit (available on Pricetronic). I also do not want to downplay the ease of which belts can be replaced like some here on Pricetronic do. If you know what you're doing, then it's not a problem. If you've never replaced a belt kit before, it could very well be a bit of a challenge.
There are LOTS of youtube videos out there that show the process, but still doesn't mean it's easy. Certainly not trying to play Debbie-Downer here... maybe you'll plug it in and it will play perfectly right out of the box. I simply don't know without testing it, and since it has never been unwrapped from the factory, I'm not going to do that as it would no longer be new old stock in that instance.
