Tested on a 33RPM album. Didn't have a 45RPM to test with, but the speed does change when switched. The volume is VERY touchy when adjusting and has static when adjusting, but the volume does go up and down. Hinges, latches, and handle all in good shape. All 4 lights work. There are some scuffs and stains that can be seen throughout the photos. Ships well packaged and fast.
