**PLEASE READ***
The unit turns on and all the buttons are functional. The cd loader moves up and down when ejection button is pressed. BUT as you can see in the pictures, the left side of the front glass has come loose. I suspect this to be an issue while trying to play CD's because there are times when the unit doesn't want to spin the CD. This is just my opinion because I haven't opened the unit up to inspect inside if there are other issues that may be causing the CD to not spin.
It will eventually play CDs if you are persistent and keep ejecting and pushing play on the unit, eventually the CD will play. Doesn't take long, but just a small annoyance. If I were to keep the unit for myself, I would try and put some type of glue on the glass and attach it back to the unit. Definitely fixable.
The back panel that covers the wires has two broken tabs on the bottom. I showed this in the pictures. These tabs allow the panel to stay firmly attached. Because of these two broken tabs, the cover does not firmly stay on, just another small annoyance but nothing that will impede the look or functionality because its in the back.
One of the speaker grills is missing the SONY BADGE.
The unit is in excellent condition! The glass looks clear and the speakers are in great condition.
The speakers sound good and function as intended. Not tears or holes in the speaker cones.
I have not attempted to clean the speakers or main unit in anyway.
Please see all of the pictures closely and ask any questions.
