POWERS ON- TASCAM 112 MKII Professional Audio Studio Cassette Deck - As

Unit powers on but won't play, fast forward, or rewind. I can hear what sounds like the motors spinning,  and then they stop, and 3 lights start blinking as shown in one of the pictures. No further testing was done. The left input and output knobs feel loose, like they need to be tightened or something. I opened it to show the inside and some how lost a screw for the back where im pointing to in one of the pictures.
