So, It may not be perfect, but this is common, and it is the nature of cassettes (Analog  😊 ) We perform the following items on our restoration and inspection process: New belt installed (always) Head demagnetized. Pinch rollers inspected, cleaned and replaced (if required) Capstan and bearings inspected and lubricated. Volume pot / switches / jack tested and cleaned with D5. Motherboard inspected, tested and cleaned. Speed calibrated with professional equipment. The operational tests include Play, Auto-Reverse, FW/RW I hope that you enjoy the Walkman, just like we did back in the 80’s and 90’s.
