The PDW-U1 serves as an external PC drive via a common USB 2.0 connection, and enables direct viewing access from a PC to material recorded on Professional Disc media*. The PDW-U1 can also be used as a source feeder for nonlinear editing systems. Its compact and lightweight design makes it equally ideal for field and in-house desktop uses.
