I received a pre-owned Sony HDD High Resolution Audio Player, HAP-Z1ES.
This Sony HDD Audio Player, HAP-Z1ES, appeals in good cosmetic conditions. The front, side, back, top and bottom panels are all in good shapes. The remote has some scratches (see photos). Turning on, this unit has the known "whiteline" issue on screen (see photos). This screen whiteline does not affect the operation of the unit. Sony had offered to fix this issue, however, the offer had expired.
This network audio streamer has a 1TB HDD internal storage for most of the media (compressed/lossless, etc.) It connects via wired/wireless network to the audio sources, e.g., computer, internet radio, etc., for downloading or streaming. It also connects to external USB flash for additional storage or USB CD drive for CD ripping. For audio analog output, it has both balanced (XLR) and unbalanced (RCA) connections.
I'm selling this unit as is, i.e., the same conditions that came to me including all the music on the HDD. The firmware had been updated to the latest verion. Since this unit is very heavy, I'll ship it via Ground shipping.
