Watch the ViDEo attached in pics - DVD player can be very finicky if discs are scratched, smudged or dirty- it works great but definitely has issues with dvds in poor condition so that’s something to consider if you have a dvd collection with many scratches - all functions and buttons work- there is no remote to this - Loading time can be slow if a dvd is in poor condition- i’ve tested this with numerous dvds - new and mint condition ones work fine - poor ones can work to but they can be hit or miss and it can have long loading time and patience may be needed - The dvd in the video I users was pretty scratched up. It is a really nice 5 disc nostalgic dvd player that is sure to be in demand down the road especially a SONY- top surface does have some scratches may be able to be buffed out.
