Besides showing moderate shelf wear, there are multiple small edge and corner tears. There are also some small indentations on the case and cellophane as well. Since this item is brand new, out of print and now considered a collectible, if you decide to return it then it must be done so in the same exact condition as I originally sent it in (new, sealed and unopened).
