Unfortunately, I do not have an eight track cartridge readily available to test the tape functionality, and I cannot tune a radio station due to the dial cord being broken or slipping but when turned on, I do hear feedback through the speakers, appears to be fairly complete, does includes the cabling But it does have rattling on the inside when you shake it so this item is definitely being sold as is for parts or repair.
