Rare 1948 Philco Model 48-1200 Front Loading 78rpm Tube Record Player

1948 Philco Model 48-1200 Front Loading 78rpm Tube Record Player This needs to be restored  I pluged it in and could hear a humming from the speaker and the light inside the case works and could see the tube light up . The table initially started to turn but it wasn’t starting as I would have expected.  If you search UTube with this model there is an operational one being demonstrated by a vintage phonograph collector.  This would make a great display or restoration project.  Records primarily for someone wanting to display items. THE RECORDS DISCRIPTION: 1 - The Freddy Martin Record Collection is a complete set of 4 records and they appear to be in Good Condition 2 - The Judy Garland Fred Astaire Irving Berlin Easter Parade is ONLY A GOOD “Record Folder” there is the broken remains of 1 record. 3 - There also is a broken Guy Lumbardo record with Decca cover.
