This item is in great shape. The silver case has a little cosmetic surface issue due to the cover, I believe. See photos. The remote did not work, but i'm sure it just needs a new battery. No scratches and picture quality look very good. You have to push the d v d in with a little bit of force to lock it in, but not at the center. There is a groove on the side where you place your finger to remove the disk. Everything is complete, as seen in photos. Includes a factory sealed disney movie jungle book 2 special edition.
