Onkyo Cp-1130f Vintage Direct Drive Auto Turntable Stereo Record Player

Vintage Onkyo turntable. Purchased from an estate sale and selling it as-is.  It does power on and platter spins.  There is something that is not right with counter weight on needle arm.  I am not sure if the arm is broken or if it needs adjusted.  It is missing 2 of the rubber stablizers on bottom feet.  See the pics - does not have a dust cover.  Selling it as-is for parts or restoration project.
