Old Vintage Rare Early 1900s Dc Baseball Player

Up for auction is a nice Original  early 1900s baseball photo of a man with DC patch on his left side of his chest as seen in my photos above. Any information would be greatfully appreciated. It is old and displays well but please see pictures for condition. I stuck it in a hard plastic sleeve to protect it from any further wear as seen in my last photo.
