Another item from GNL Designs, Great Northern Liquidation, Springfield, Vermont. New 4-Player Expansion Adapter DVD Remote Vertical Stand for PS2 Play Station 2

NOS new old stock in the box, received from a closed electronics shop.  

The box will have varying levels of shelf wear, but the product inside is new and unused.  

If you receive a unit out of the plastic internal packaging, it is either the one taken out for pictures, or it was used for display purposes.

This item is designed for use with the Sony PS2 Play Station 2 game console and system.  

The slot in the top of the vertical stand is 3" wide x 6-1/4" deep x 1-1/4" high.  

The stand works with the original (fat) PS2 console to stand it up vertically.  The stand holds it tightly.  

The stand wouldn't properly hold a Slim type console, but you may be able to put a book next to it or something like that to keep it upright, however

please verify that the slim console uses the same controller plugs as the original type to assure compatibility with this stand.

This 3-in-1 Multi Stand is a unique command center with a multi-tap vertical stand and DVD remote control all in one package.  It is specifically designed for use with the DVD feature of your PS2 console. Features:

To use, simply put the PS2 console in the stand vertically and connect the command center signal cable to the controller port (2). Multi-Tap function:

Insert the PS2 memory cards into the memory card slots (A-B-C-D) of the stand

After connecting controllers to controller ports, you can use any one of the controllers to control the DVD-CD function of the console or enter the playing game mode.

You can also use the supplied remote control to control the DVD-CD function

The remote requires (2) AAA batteries (not included)

Point the remote toward the green LED DVD-CD sensor on the stand to control the DVD-CD function

Note that the controllers in the controller ports will temporarily stop functioning when the remote is in use.  The controllers will return to normal function in 3-8 seconds after stopping the remote control function.
