Nakamichi Lx3 Dual Head Cassette Player

Nakamichi LX3 Dual Head Cassette Player/Recorder. I am the original owner. The machine needs new belts. All buttons, motors and everything is perfectly functional. It WILL NOT play cassettes as it is. The belt is slipping and needs to be replaced. If you push PLAY, the tape moves very slowly.. Fast forward and Rewind do function but it's not as fast as it used to be, so I'm guessing that those belts will need replacing as well.. Assume that ALL BELTS in the machine need to be replaced.. I'm sure this machine will work good as new with a belt job.. The machine is very clean. The pinch rollers are clean and in great condition. Please examine the pictures closely. What you see is what you'll get. This is an incredible Cassette Player Recorder. All it needs is a belt job and it looks like the belts are available on ebay.. I would repair it myself and use it but I do not use cassettes anymore. The machine has always worked great until the belts started slipping, so I think it's safe to assume that it will work like new if you get the belts replaced..
