We bought another one. When I was packing up this one, I heard what sounds like a loose screw or some small object inside. I do not know how to fix these.
If there happens to be a DVD in there and you are able to get it out, would pay to have the DVD returned. However, I think there is not anything in it.
Will be shipping in the packaging that came with the one we just bought.
