The item has been tested and works well. The item has minor wear and tear throughout it. The item was tested and confirmed working for all basic functions on with DVD playing; play, rewind, fast-forward, stop, pause, eject, and power. Recording was not tested. The line in composite inputs could not be tested as I could not change the inputs without a configured remote. The line out composite output work well. I did not test any other input / output connections. The remote included will need to be programmed to the unit in order to work, please follow the included instructions to complete the remote programming. No batteries are included (requires 2x AAA).
