A quick and easy way to get an accurate wrist measurement is by cutting a piece of paper 1-2" x 9-10", then wrap that around your wrist and mark it with a pencil. Lay the paper next to a tape measure and you will have what size your wrist is!
The watch industry tends to use millimeters(mm) for measurements.
To convert inches to millimeters use this simple formula (measurement in inches) x (25.4)
