I did play a cassette to test the headphone jack to make sure that I could hear sound. Because the previous owner removed the rollers from the recording deck, the right side will not play. It will start with the “Hiss” sound as if it’s going to play, and then it blinks off to indicate that there is a malfunction because the rollers are not there to turn the cassette ribbon. I tested the left side deck, and it played fine. Hopefully,someone can repair it or use the parts to repair something else.
