With its IPX4 rated water resistance, the unit is well suited for music playback and making public announcements outdoors. The integrated Bluetooth technology allows for streaming music from any Bluetooth-enabled smartphones or MP3 players. Dispatch also features an 1/8" microphone input and an 1/8" auxiliary input for connecting wired mics or outboard audio playback devices. The built-in rechargeable battery is fully charged in 5.5 hours and offers 50 hours of battery life. The enclosure features a carrying handle and ships with a shoulder strap, microphone, 1/8" audio cable, and a charging adapter.
