Cosmetically in nice shape. Discs skip, but not all the time. Seems to be randomly. Sometimes the door will not open on it's own and it has to be coaxed open with a small screwdriver or similar tool. Sometimes it opens on its own. It looks like the assembly might be out of alignment and that could be why discs skip at times.
Also, there is an issue with the electronic display. Sometimes it will display everything on the screen instead of just what's on the disc.
No remote or documentation. Just the CD player unit itself
