DBX 215 2-Series Dual Channel 15 Band Graphic EQ Equalizer (DBX215V)

DBX 215 2-Series Dual Channel 15 Band Graphic EQ Equalizer (DBX215V) . This equalizer has barely been used, and is in very good condition; however, there is a "U-shaped" cosmetic dent on the left side of the top of the equalizer (see pictures), but it does not effect functionality.  The EQ has been tested and works perfectly.  All original items are included (see picture with User Manual's list of contents). System specifications are shown in the picture of the User Manual. NOTE: This item was sold once before and returned due to the tip of a TRS/RCA adapter jack getting stuck in the Channel 2 output port.  The obstruction has been removed (see pictures), and the unit has been tested and works perfectly. Includes (see pictures) : - DBX 215 Graphic EQ (cosmetic damage on the top surface of the EQ) (UPC: 691991400469). - AC power cord. - Four rack mounting screws and washers. - User Manual. - Registration card (never filled out or sent it in, but may not be usable due how long ago it was purchased). - Original box (moderate wear and tear, see pictures).
