This is an easy and quick way to build a small, portable, battery powered guitar amp or an Amplifier for your MP3 player.  The volume control is also the on/off switch so only one mounting hole is necessary on your enclosure.  The amp board includes a connector and jumper terminal for changing the gain of the amplifier.  Just add your own speaker and 9 Volt Battery and you have everything you need to make a fun, low cost amplifier.  This makes a great, easy to build project.
