Leather outer. Insulated jacket.
Zipper and snaps work.
This piece is vintage and has some minor flaws including,
1. zipper has some paint wearing off.
2. Mark on leather on right cuff near edge by snap.
3. Left arm red part has a few white marks.
4. Left arm white near elbow and armpit have slight pealing of leather.
