We ship by FedEx or USPS. We usually ship the same business day if the order is received before 3:00 P.M. EST. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. Two day shipment service generally excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Ground service delivery days are Tuesday-Saturday for home delivery, Monday-Friday for commercial addresses.

When you purchase an item from Front Row Electronics, you're covered by our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If an item arrives to you with a factory defect that is unusual, report that defect within 30 days of your purchase date and we will arrange to replace it at no cost to you...we will cover both return shipping and replacement shipping to you.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Front Row Electronics. If you are not satisfied with any product, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within 45 days (60 for Bose). If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, the shipping cost can be deducted from your credit or refund. Returns must be in the complete and original
packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides, etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include a Return Authorization number or be subject to a restocking fee.
Defective Product Received: In the unlikely event you receive a product that appears defective, please contact us via Pricetronic messages. If, during the first 30 days after you receive the product, we determine that it is defective, we will arrange, at our expense, for a pick up of the product and a replacement of the product.
Service for products after 45 days of receipt (60 for Bose) -- Please contact the manufacturer directly to locate an authorized service center.
Unopened Merchandise may be returned within 45 days of receipt for credit less our initial shipping cost (even if the product was shipped under a free shipping promotion.) An RMA must be obtained (see Important Policies/Procedures for All Returns below.) Customer is responsible for costs of shipping back to us. It must be sent insured and by a traceable means (e.g., UPS) Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight collect shipments.
Opened Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for credit less: a 15% restocking fee except where prohibited by law and our initial shipping cost (even if item was shipped under a free shipping promotion.) Damaged/Lost Shipments: If your shipment (i.e., outer box) arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the carrier's delivery record in accordance with the carrier's policy. Save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
Important Procedures/Policies For All Returns
IMPORTANT PROCEDURES:

Please open an RMA request (returned merchandise authorization).

Please write the RA number on the shipping label and NOT on the product box itself

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all accessories, documentation and packaging materials

If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double-boxed

When repacking the product box, avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue

Please use a shipping method that is trackable, such as FedEx or UPS

Remember that if your order was shipped for free under our free shipping promo, the cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from your return credit

We recommend that you insure your package when shipping back to us. Sometimes things get damaged en route, and if that happens, we want you to be covered
