It is COMPLETE with all 60 cards, 10 blank cards with color strips on the upper and lower edges, 2 completely blank cards, plastic tray, Score Pad, registration card, box and instructions. It does not have the Price list booklet, but that effects nothing. The box has shelf wear on the corner/edges and some on the face, it does NOT have the stains on the front and back as in our stock photos. All corners are intact with no tears or tape. The cards look good and lay flat. The pad looks approx. 75% full, the instruction sheet looks good.
