it works and powers up but where the motor meets the turntable platter drive the motor sits on some rubber grommets/bushings that have become brittle and dry. i believe that if the rubber grommets were replaced it would function properly. it powers on and motor is turning. see last 2 pics for grommet location. those familier with this age of electronics know what happens to the old rubber bushings and understands the need for replacement. I TESTED AN ALBUM ON IT AND SPUN IT MANUALLY TO CHECK NEEDLE. NEEDLE TESTS GOOD AND WORKS. or use for parts. see all pics for condition and measurements if applicable.
